Since summer 2023, InnoFly BioCenter has been leasing a total of approx. 1200 m² of laboratory and office space over two floors in the Biotech Competence Center (BCC) at Leberstraße 20, 1110 Vienna. These areas are currently shared by biotechnology and service companies, such as Evercyte GmbH, TAmiRNA GmbH, InnoFly Management GmbH, RockFish Bio AG and Competence Center CHASE GmbH.

In these two floors, 52 m² of laboratory ancillary / storage rooms, as well as 98 m² of office space are currently available. On the 6th floor there are another 5 large and 2 small laboratories, as well as 5 laboratory ancillary rooms with a total area of 397 m² and 5 offices with a total of 71 m², as well as common areas (toilets, social room, etc.) with 133 m² available.
